Since we started, we have served hundreds of low-income immigrants throughout Maryland in Prince George’s and Montgomery County.

The Foundation’s mission is dedicated to addressing the unique needs of the Black migrant community. We understand that Black migrants, including Africans, Caribbeans and Afro-Latinos, face specific challenges and barriers in their immigration processes and overall well-being. Through our comprehensive services, we aim to provide tailored support and advocate for social equity within this community.
With our professional staff members, we also provide counseling, ESL, and citizenship classes for residents seeking to become citizens tax preparation and Notary services.

C&J Migrant Solutions Foundation Inc. was founded in 2023 as an outgrowth of C&J Migrant Solutions, LLC, a successful, black woman-owned business helping migrants with the immigration form process. Both the Foundation and C&J Migrant Solutions, LLC are the passion of Candace Boykins a Jamaican born migrant, and a certified immigration form specialist, with the sole purpose of helping those who wish to become legal citizens of the United States of America.
